Your wisdom inversely proportional your belief system

To be honest to myself and my conscious; this law is very true in our reality. Today exactly at 10:52:00 PM IST; my long held conviction was shattered when i just realised that the Big Bang Theory is not the reality of the world we live in; it’s just a possible hypothesis; heck there are many findings which states that BBT might not be true with assumptions. Poor me i just found it’s merely a hypothesis just like thousands of others.

This doesn’t mean i have rejected the BBT on my perception. Damn, it is the most popular model every hypothesised which match with all the current observations, but the fact is the word popular. You know, any belief held by 99% of the population does not convert it into a fact?

The other theories, clubbed as Alternative Cosmology Theories, also make predictions which match with observations and are equally interesting.

So when I came to know about these theories I really realised that theories are theories after all.

Just like how you loved your favourite super hero and later you realised there are many superheroes in that parallel universe and your favourite is just one among those; not the one anymore.

So, when I knew only about the Big Bang model I was happy and satisfied to know about the universe as the theory told me but now, since I know that alternative explanations for the same set of observations do exist, I am unsure of what my universe really is.

Do check out the other theories which might potentially be true; which means BBT might be false!
